The Lemon & Basil Mediterraneo Cocktail

With just a few sips, this light and refreshing olive oil cocktail will transport you to the coast of Italy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ozs Gin
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ oz Gran Cru de la Luna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 egg white pasteurized
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 leaf fresh Basil
DIRECTIONS:
- Add olive oil and egg white to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, about a minute, until the mixture is frothy and the olive oil is fully emulsified.
- Then pour gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into the shaker.
- Shake once again with ice, until frothy.
- Strain into glass and garnish with Basil leaf.
