vom Fass translates to "from the cask." We are a European market experience featuring premium culinary oils, exclusive balsamics, sophisticated spirits, and fine organic wines. We work with small family producers throughout the world who produce the highest quality products.
The Owner
vomFASS Ghirardelli Square is locally owned and operated by Rex Jaime. The Ghirardelli Square location had a humble beginning as a spice and oil store in 2013. Rex became owner on August 21, 2018. Since, the store has evolved to include organic wine and sophisticated spirits from all over the world. It was a big career change from being a Project Engineer in Oil and Gas, to a retail operator of an Oil and Vinegar store. The move was driven by values and passion.
