Mango Chili Shrimp

Easy and delicious, these spicy shrimp are bursting with flavor and so good as an appetizer, over rice, on salads, or in tacos.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbs Chili Oil
- 15 large prawns or shrimps (fresh or frozen, then defrosted)
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced (or more if you're a garlic lover)
- ½ red onion or shallot, sliced
- 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbs Wild Mango Balsamic Star
- Salt to taste
- Happy Pepper to taste
- Bang Bang Niner Gang (formerly Proceed With Caution) to taste, if you like it spicy
DIRECTIONS:
- Add oil to a pan and have the heat on low to medium.
- Add the garlic, onions, and heat it up till fragrant.
- Add shrimp to pan, then sauté for 4-5 minutes over a medium-high heat, until prawns are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add a couple twists of Bang Bang Nine Gang if you like it hot.
- Turn down the heat and deglaze the pan with Wild Mango Balsamic Star.
- Sprinkle parsley over top and serve.
