Greek Salad with Flatbread

This fresh and fun salad is the perfect healthy addition to any spread.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bell pepper
- 1 block of Feta cheese
- 1/2 Onion
- 1-2 Fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1 Fresh cucumber
- Fig Chili Balsam
- Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mamma Knows Best!
1. Chop veggies and cube feta cheese.
2. Place on flatbread.
2. Mix Fig Chili Balsam with Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a dressing.
3. Drizzle dressing over flatbread, veggies, and cheese.
5. Season with Citrus Sea Salt with Pink Peppercorns.
