Fall Gin Sour

Perfectly balanced with a zing from the cranberry balsamic, this cocktail will have your guests wondering what kind of magic is happening behind your bar!
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Good Firkin Gin
- ¾ oz Cranberry Vinegar
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orange juice
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (shake with no ice) until you build up a nice foam.
- Add ice and shake again until nice and cold.
- Garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges. Cheers!
