Avocado Toast With Lemon Olive Oil

Creamy avocado spread over crusty bread, finished with olive oil and Seasoned Salt—does it get much better than that? An easy breakfast or snack full of healthy, unsaturated fats and packed with fiber.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 slices of rye bread (or other bread of choice)
- 1/2 a large avocado
- Approx. 1 tablespoon Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Happy Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 4-6 slices of tomato
DIRECTIONS:
1. Assemble board with bread (toast if preferred).
2. Using a fork, mash avocado onto bread.
3. Drizzle Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the mashed avocado and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. Recommend drizzling the olive oil onto the tomatoes, too. Season tomatoes with Salt and Happy Pepper.
5. Add more toppings (e.g., smoked salmon and/or hard boiled eggs).
