Cacao Fruit Balsamic Vinegar

The fruity taste of cocoa fruit, which is reminiscent of lychee or honey has hints of cacao in the finish. A product with purpose - we source the previously unused pulp of the cacao fruit through ‰ÛÏKoa‰۝ and process it into a fruity sweet balsamic vinegar.
