Our Wild Mango Balsamic Star is perfect for refining summer salads, meat or fish dishes or as base for your next barbecue sauce. A wonderful, exotic addition to desserts and great as the basis for non-alcoholic aperitifs. Sugar and mango puree that made this specialty are from a fair trade organization. The mangos for our Wild Mango Balsamic Star are Carabao and mangoes, both grown in the Philippines.

Best fruit balsamic vinaigrette's

My favorite is the pear but I thought I wanted to try something else and chose the wild Mango. Both are yummy. Another one that is wonderful is the passion fruit. All of them have a very smooth flavor, not to tangy, just right.
