Cacao Fruit Balsamic Vinegar
The fruity taste of cocoa fruit, which is reminiscent of lychee or honey has hints of cacao in the finish. A product with purpose - we source the previously unused pulp of the cacao fruit through “Koa” and process it into a fruity sweet balsamic vinegar. Farmers in Ghana benefit from the additional income. Pair it with any of our Nut Oils or Orange Oil. Add this must-have to salads, fish, cocktails, brownies, ice cream, energy balls and much more.
