- 1½ oz Good Firken Gin
- Tonic water (our favorite is Fever Tree).
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- Fresh mint
- Pour Gin and Elderflower Liqueur over ice.
- Top with tonic and garnish with a slice of cucumber* and a bouquet of mint.
* Use a vegetable peeler to slice your cucumber long-ways and create a more unique garnish.
