Zahtar

Zahtar is a spice blend originally from North Africa and used in Middle Eastern cuisine. It is traditionally served in a bowl with bread first dipped into olive oil. This versatile blend is also great as a seasoning for meats and vegetables or sprinkled onto hummus.

Ingredients:  Sesame, sumac, thyme.
