Patatas Bravas Dip
Ingredients: Tomato flakes (tomatoes, cornstarch) 41%, peppers 20%, onions, mustard seeds, garlic, salt 4.1%, chilli, coriander, parsley, pepper, allspice
Patatas bravas, also called patatas a la brava or papas bravas, is a dish native to Spain, often served as a tapa in bars. It typically consists of white potatoes that have been cut into irregular cubes of about two centimetres, then fried in oil and served warm with a spicy sauce. It is also very tasty with meat, fish and vegetables.
Preparation: Mix the contents of the bag with 125 ml of water and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Let it swell for 10 min. Stir in 300g creme fraiche and let it steep again for about 1/2 hour.
