This handcrafted liqueur specialty is the baby of Mr. Buggle, vomFASS's very own liqueur guru. This recipe combines the finest Irish Single Malt Whiskey with fair trade cane sugar from Paraguay, creating an amber hue and a bouquet of malt and vanilla. The taste combines barrel flavors with a pleasant malty sweetness and lingering warmth. Enjoy this highly awarded liqueur slightly chilled, over ice cream, or alone with a great cup of coffee. It can also be enjoyed as a digestif after a meal or in a restful moment, neat in the winter, or slightly chilled in the summer.

So delicious!

Vom Foss was such a lucky, end of work trip before heading back to Cleveland. So many great flavors, but I could only pick one. I favor Irish over all other whiskeys, but I’ve never had anything like this. It’s sooo good straight it would be a shame to mix it in a cocktail. If you get a chance to go to Ghirardelli Square and taste the huge selection at this wonderful shop, don’t skip on a sip of this liqueur.
