Our delicious spice mixture is excellent for steaming and frying fish. Refine your boiled, steamed or marinated fish dishes with our wonderful seasoning. The mixture can also be used as a marinade or add to the broth.

Ingredients: Mustard, pepper, spices (carrots, parsnips, parsley, leek, celery), dill seed, coriander, bay leaves, allspice, juniper, onion, basil, caraway, cloves, cinnamon, tarragon.
