Fig and Green Tomato Chutney

For this slightly different delicacy, the oriental fig was married with fresh green tomatoes and finished with fine spices.

This chutney is wonderfully suitable as a delicate accompaniment to cheese. It tastes particularly fine in combination with goat's cheese or strong mountain cheese.

Ingredients: green tomatoes (50%), sugar, figs (13%), lemon juice, ginger, mustard seeds, cloves, chilli, spices, gelling agent: apple pectin.
