Ingredients: Brown lentils, tomatoes, African seasoning (coriander, cumin, chili, pepper, thyme, parsley, nutmeg, caraway, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, onions, mustard, garlic, bay leaves, salt, sugar), seasoning (parsnip, leeks, carrots), oregano, corn starch.

Preparation: Bring the soup mix to a boil with 6 cups of vegetable broth and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
