Grappa Chianti Classico

This is a classic Italian Grappa distilled from grapes that all come from the great Chianti Classico appellation. After the double distillation, it is matured in small glass balloons to maintain its fruit and pale color. The taste is reminiscent of prunes, figs, and dried apricot, with a smooth, rounded texture. Excellent aperitif to welcome a meal or enjoy after a hearty dinner of pasta or pizza, along with an espresso, or just to enhance a lovely evening.
