Create your own hummus dip in a less than a minute! All you need to do is add olive oil, water and lemon juice to create this delicious dip. Perfect with pita bread, grilled veggies, chips, potatoes or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. Hummus is rich in protein and provides vegans with an extra portion of valuable protein.
Tip: Mix 1 jar of Hummus Dip, 6 T. water, 4 T. extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice to taste, blend until smooth and creamy.
