Holiday Festive Mix

A fruity and nutty mixture that can be enjoyed hot or cold. You can mix with your favorite vinaigrette or just a super simple mix of lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add it to homemade veggie burgers or employ it as a binder in meatballs and kebabs like kibbeh. You could also eat it entirely plain, swapping it in as a speedier option for
 rice, quinoa, or farro.

Instructions: Saute the contents of the bag in 2 tbsp. oil and 1 tbsp. sugar. Deglaze with 400ml water and than simmer for approx. 20 min. Serve with vanilla sauce.
