Forest Honey is made by bees gathering the sweet sap of trees rather than the nectar of flowers. This honey is naturally richer in color and its sweetness has a hint herbaceous flavor from the tree resin with a slight molasses back-note. It offers a pleasant contrast to our Pure Blossom Honey on a cheese charcuterie board.

Forest Honey is delicious your morning cup of tea. If baking is your jam, this honey can take the place of brown sugar, substituting at 3/4 the required sugar as honey is sweeter than sugar.
