Light White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil

From the same producers of our rich wonderful white truffle, but this has less punch and boldness, while maintaining wonderful buttery rich mouthfeel.  It’s a great value and the lighter flavor is at home with dishes where just a subtle truffle is needed.  It’s great in salads.
