I recently used the Jalapeño Extra Virgin Olive Oil while grilling wild javelina sausage infused with jalapeño—paired with vibrant veggies roasted over pistachio wood for a smoky twist. The vegetable medley included red, white, and purple potatoes, colorful carrots (white, orange, and purple), broccoli, and sliced beets. The oil brought everything together beautifully—not overly spicy, just the right touch of heat to elevate the sausage and root veggies.
The real standout? My wife couldn’t get enough of the carrots roasted in the oil. She even requested a repeat—minus the potatoes and broccoli—just for those carrots! This oil's subtle kick and depth of flavor make it a standout for grilling and beyond.
