FassZination Pure Blossom Honey

This raw honey is light in color and unfiltered. It's innate micro-crystline nature adds a buttery mouthfeel with a slower flow so it doesn't run right off of whatever it sits atop.  Whether you are using this on an English muffin for breakfast or a cheese charcuterie board our Pure Blossom Honey will add a light, elegant sweetness. Use it as a replacement for sugar in Butter Cream frosting to add a light honey note and decreasing the amount of overall sugar in the icing (1:1 ratio with butter). Our Pure Blossom Honey is part of our exquisite FassZination product line and are characterized by a particularly high standard of raw ingredients and production.
